We are proud to present a fantastic opportunity to join a day of scentwork training with renowned expert Pam Mackinnon of Talking Dogs. The Level One workshop is your introduction to scentwork, where you and your dog learn the basics. Your dog will be introduced to a scent and will begin to work with you to give an active indication and find his reward. You will learn about the scent picture, basic handling skills, free searching and blind searches.

This session is aimed at dogs of all breeds as every dog loves to use its nose! The workshop will run from 10am til 4pm, and will start with an initial presentation lasting about an hour. During the rest of the day, handlers will be working, mostly one dog at a time, but there will be occasions where more than one dog will be active. For this reason, dogs will need to be left in vehicles for extended periods between turns.

This course will be held at Camerton Village Hall, near Bath, BA2 0NL
£65 for a working spot, or £40 to spectate for the day. Prices includes a warm lunch.
The workshop is being held on:
Sunday 1st April 2012, 10am to 4pm
