Regular Classes:

We currently offer several types of regular classes - the Puppy Academy Infants courses (and associated follow-on ‘Junior’ classes), our Active Dog classes, and Foundation Agility classes. Details of these can be found by following the links below. These are our specialist areas of expertise, and our flagship services, and we are very proud of the quality of training offered in these classes.

Private Training / Troubleshooting:

As it is very hard to address the needs of an individual dog in a class environment, we feel that all behavioural quirks or issues are best dealt with through 1-to-1 training or specialised workshops. So if you have a dog that can’t cope with a class situation, or has specific issues or training needs, it is our recommendation that you look into booking a private training session; the initial cost may seem more, but the advice given can be tailored specifically to your dog, your situation, and your home environment and lifestyle, and so ultimately is of more benefit to you and your dog.

Specialised Workshops:

We also offer specialised one-off ‘workshops’ or short courses covering various training topics, see below for details of our current workshops.

Agility is a fantastic sport for both dog and owner, and can quickly become an addiction!

We believe strongly that all dogs new to agility need a strong grounding in the foundation behaviours and so start with ‘Foundation Agility’ training.

Shelley is available to do 1-to-1 training sessions in our field, at the Shoscombe Hall, or in your own home.

Please note that these sessions are not set up to deal with aggression problems, and that you should seek the advice of a qualified behaviourist if you are experiencing aggression issues.

Shelley is also available to visit your home and walk your dog, pop over to keep him company, or give your pup his lunchtime meal if you have a special event on where you need to leave your dog behind or have to work and want the reassurance of knowing your dog is being checked on by someone suitably qualified and responsible.
